This Oak floor was in need of a sand and refinish as it had not been maintained with is original oiled finish. There are many benefits with but as this was a busy house, they decided they wanted floor with easier maintenances, we recommended Loba invisible, the amazing aspect of this product is that it is literally invisible so if there is a scratch it won’t show as much as it would in a high gloss floor. Loba invisible is a polyurethane water Bourne finish with easy maintenance.
We started our sanding process with 60 grit to remove the dirt from the soft gain and flatten the floor, the edges had 60 grit as well.
We was able to move straight on to the trio with a 60 grit, this got the floor nice and flat. We used the trio all the way up to 120 grit.
Our next stage was applying the finish, with loba invisible it is a two coat system, that is all it needs!
